The Raiders' late lead disappeared between a long completion and a kickoff fumble. The Dolphins lost to a team that never reached the end zone. Denver closed within three before letting a screen pass become a 56-yard touchdown, and the Chargers' comeback ended with a strip-sack. Those were the margins in Sunday's four-game late window.
Kansas City, Minnesota and San Francisco emerged at 4–0. Seattle improved to 3–1, while Miami and the Chargers both slipped to 0–4. Each result had a specific finishing play, with the individual reports linked below.
Chiefs 30, Raiders 27
Kenneth Walker III scored twice in 19 seconds of game time to put Kansas City ahead for good. Las Vegas led 19–17 with 4:53 left, but Patrick Mahomes hit Tyquan Thornton for 55 yards on third-and-5. Walker scored from the 2 at 3:21. Jeffrey Bassa then forced Dareke Young to fumble the kickoff, Jack Cochrane recovered, and Walker ran 22 yards for another touchdown at 3:02.

The Raiders cut an 11-point deficit to three on Brock Bowers' touchdown and a two-point pass, then got a final possession. Xavier Nwankpa intercepted Kirk Cousins with 10 seconds remaining. Walker finished with 177 rushing yards, while Thornton caught five passes for 111 yards and two scores before being injured and carted off. Kansas City is 4–0; Las Vegas is 3–1.

Vikings 15, Dolphins 10
Minnesota remained unbeaten without scoring a touchdown. Will Reichard made all five field-goal attempts, from 47, 50, 33, 41 and 29 yards, to provide every Vikings point. Miami fell to 0–4 despite Ollie Gordon II's 100 rushing yards on nine carries and a 12-yard touchdown.
The Vikings' last useful play belonged to T.J. Hockenson. His 8-yard catch on third down moved the chains, and he slid at the Miami 2 instead of entering the end zone. With the Dolphins out of timeouts, Minnesota could kneel to finish the game.
Hockenson caught all 13 targets for 119 yards, a receiving performance the Vikings highlighted in their official observations. Dallas Turner supplied two sacks and a forced fumble. Miami finished with only 198 total yards and eight first downs; Minnesota improved to 4–0.

49ers 24, Broncos 14
San Francisco and Denver were tied 3–3 at halftime. A punt-return fumble then gave the 49ers a short field: Siran Neal forced and recovered Marvin Mims' fumble at the Denver 28 in the third quarter. Deebo Samuel's 1-yard touchdown reception completed the resulting drive.
Christian McCaffrey added a 1-yard touchdown run in the fourth, but Denver answered through Jaylen Waddle and a two-point conversion to pull within 17–14. George Kittle ended that threat by taking a screen pass 56 yards for a touchdown with 2:15 left.
Brock Purdy finished with 218 passing yards and two touchdowns. Kittle had four catches for 70 yards; Mike Evans led San Francisco with five receptions for 76. The 49ers are 4–0, while the Broncos dropped to 2–2.
Seahawks 30, Chargers 23
Seattle led 27–6 in the third quarter, then had to stop a Chargers comeback. Uchenna Nwosu stripped Justin Herbert with 1:03 left, and Derick Hall recovered the fumble to protect the Seahawks' seven-point lead.
Emanuel Wilson supplied 81 rushing yards and 39 receiving yards, with a touchdown in each phase. Rashid Shaheed added a 28-yard rushing score. Jaxon Smith-Njigba caught five passes for 76 yards as Seattle improved to 3–1.
The Chargers fell to 0–4 after Herbert threw two interceptions and lost the late fumble. He finished with 189 passing yards, one touchdown and four sacks. The game also produced 30 accepted penalties for 280 yards, a costly stop-start afternoon before the decisive takeaway.

Las Vegas' 437 yards and 28 first downs were insufficient once its late lead turned into two quick Chiefs scores. Kansas City enters a bye with receiver injuries to evaluate, while the Raiders travel to New England next Sunday.
