
Reeves wins it late, Lendeborg fills the box score in six NBA preseason finals
Minnesota edges Miami by one, Washington wins in overtime and Phoenix holds off San Antonio in Saturday’s six-game roundup.

Antonio Reeves supplied the last shot Minnesota needed, and Yaxel Lendeborg gave Golden State another productive preseason night Saturday. The Timberwolves edged Miami 125-124 on Reeves' floater with 2.3 seconds left, while the Warriors beat Sacramento 111-106 behind Lendeborg's 23 points, 10 rebounds and six assists. Those finishes led six games in this roundup of the October 10 NBA preseason slate.
Reeves finishes Minnesota's one-point win
Minnesota trailed 124-123 before Reeves drove into the lane and made a seven-foot floating jumper. Miami's Ryan Conwell missed a three-point attempt on the next possession. Bones Hyland led the Wolves with 23 points, making five of six three-point attempts; Zyon Pullin scored 22 and Terrence Shannon Jr. added 19. Conwell finished with 22 points and nine assists for Miami. The closing possessions gave reserve players the chance to decide the result.

Lendeborg made 10 of 14 shots as the Warriors held off the Kings. Brandon Williams added 19 points on seven-of-eight shooting, and Gui Santos contributed 15 points and six rebounds. Sacramento rookie Darius Acuff Jr. countered with 25 points and eight assists. NBC Sports Bay Area's Dalton Johnson reported that Lendeborg also initiated offense and found Williams for a three at the end of the third quarter, showing how his impact extended beyond his own scoring.

Jalen Johnson scored 20 points with seven rebounds as the Hawks edged the Pacers 119-117. Onyeka Okongwu added 18 points, including six makes at the foul line without a miss.
