Cedric Tillman landed on the Saints practice squad Tuesday. Detroit put Isiah Pacheco on injured reserve with a back injury that will keep him out at least four games. Those are the two moves that closed the post-cutdown window after the NFL awarded 29 waiver claims Monday.
