Baltimore handed the Thursday night keys to undrafted rookie Joe Fagnano. Jacksonville left M&T Bank Stadium with a 33-10 win, and the Ravens fell to 4-5.
Fagnano finished 10 of 18 for 60 yards with two interceptions and a 22.7 rating. Montaric Brown and Jourdan Lewis each picked him off. Baltimore's net passing total was 55 yards. The Ravens never reached the red zone.
Lamar Jackson and Tyler Huntley are on injured reserve. The club traded for Jacoby Brissett earlier in the week, but Thursday was Fagnano's show. Baltimore opened in wildcat with Derrick Henry and leaned on the run. Henry had 17 carries for 57 yards. Justice Hill's 65-yard touchdown in the fourth was the only trip into the end zone.

Jacksonville did not need a shootout. Trevor Lawrence threw for 242 yards and a 50-yard touchdown to Parker Washington. Cam Little made four field goals. Bhayshul Tuten and Chris Rodriguez Jr. each ran for a score. The Jaguars are 6-2.
The ugly line
- Joe Fagnano: 10 of 18, 60 yards, two interceptions, one sack.
- Zay Flowers: three catches for 6 yards on six targets.
- Mark Andrews: two catches for 19 yards.
- Baltimore third downs: 4 of 14.
- Baltimore red-zone trips: zero.
A debut under these circumstances was always going to be hard. The film will still show a home Thursday night in which the Ravens' temporary quarterback never got the offense on schedule.
The Ravens spent the week scrambling at quarterback after Jackson's latest absence and Huntley's injury. Brissett is the longer-term bridge. Thursday asked a rookie who had barely taken NFL snaps to stay on schedule against a Jaguars defense that sacked him once and picked him twice.
Baltimore hosts the Chargers on Monday night, Nov. 16. Fagnano's line will follow him into that week whether or not he sees the field again.
